Our packaging solutions are engineered to solve real industrial challenges: tearing under heavy loads, moisture damage during storage, and the limitations of traditional paper packaging.
High Tear Resistance
Our stone paper bags deliver 2-3x the tear resistance of standard paper packaging. PP woven bags withstand heavy loads without splitting, even under rough handling during transport and stacking.
Moisture Resistance
Stone paper is naturally waterproof, protecting contents from moisture damage without additional coatings. PP woven bags are available with laminated and coated options for enhanced barrier protection.
Load Capacity
PP woven bags are rated for loads up to 50 kg and beyond, with reinforced seams and customizable denier weight. Stone paper bags provide reliable performance for medium-duty commercial applications.
Custom Printing
Both product lines support high-quality custom printing and customized branding.
Stone paper provides a smooth, high-quality printing surface suitable for various printing technologies, including offset, UV and compatible digital printing systems, depending on the material specification and ink system.
PP woven bags can be printed using flexographic printing or, when laminated with a printed BOPP film, high-quality rotogravure printing, allowing detailed graphics, vibrant colors and customized brand designs.
UV & Chemical Resistant
PP woven bags can be manufactured with UV-stabilized polypropylene for improved durability during outdoor storage. Stone paper, composed primarily of calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) with a polypropylene binder, provides good resistance to water, oils, grease, and a wide range of commonly encountered chemicals. These properties make both materials suitable for demanding industrial and commercial packaging applications.
Recyclable Materials
Stone paper is recyclable back into stone paper through standard thermoplastic recycling streams. PP woven bags are made from recyclable polypropylene and offer extended reusability across multiple cycles.
